Independence Harbor has 14 courts spread throughout the property - each contains an apartment tower with 1-6 floors and most have townhouse units.

Access to courts are from

the garage level (1st floor) and the podium level (3rd floor).

Pictured here is our security gate at the front of the property where the two main levels are indicated.

Please note: Jefferson and Adams Courts are only accessible from the garage level.

By vehicle, you can get between floors using either of the two ramps

Pictured from the podium level.

On foot, you can use the elevator located in the apartment towers within each court.

Pictured is the podium level (3rd floor) building entrance to the Hancock Court apartment tower and the elevator vestibule.

There is another entrance to the elevator on the garage level (where the mailrooms for each court are located).

Townhouse units can only be accessed from the podium level

Each has their own entrance, which is entered through a fenced-in patio. Townhouse units are typically unit #’s 306-317 in each court (with exceptions).

Visitors can park in areas highlighted below.
