Navigating Independence Harbor
Getting around our property can be confusing. Below are some basics to help you navigate.
Independence Harbor has 14 courts spread throughout the property
All courts have a low-rise apartment tower with up to 6 floors and some courts also have townhouse units (only accessible only on the third floor) with their own entrances.
You can reach the court you are looking for in a few ways once you are through our security gate
Go straight and drive into our garage (1st floor).
Go straight and drive up the ramp to the podium level (3rd floor).
Go left or right onto Independence Way where the majority of our visitor parking is. In most cases, you won’t be able to enter the garage this way (not pictured)
Please note: Units with an address of independence way are only accessible from the first floor. Also, Jefferson and Adams Courts are only accessible from the first level
By vehicle, you can get between the first and third floors using either of the two ramps

Pictured is the podium level (3rd floor) building entrance to the Hancock Court apartment tower and the elevator vestibule. There is another entrance to the elevator and stairs on the garage level (where mailrooms for each court are located).
On foot, enter any apartment tower from either the first or third level and you can take the stairs or elevator to the unit you need to reach
Townhouse units are only accessible from the podium level (3rd floor)
Each has their own entrance, which is entered through a fenced-in patio. Townhouse units are typically unit #’s 306-317 in each court (with exceptions).
Visitors can park in areas highlighted below.
