  • To ensure this website and the information collected through it are safe and protected. If we identify threatening information, we reserve the right to restrict a user’s access to the site and take other action necessary to keep information safe.

  • To respond to requests for information and services. This includes any work orders entered by residents of the Association.

  • To enhance the quality of the website. Based on data we collect about how people use the website, and direct communications from users about functionality and features, we may ad or remove features and content on the website.

  • To provide notices to users, including notices to unit owners and residents of the Association.

We may notify unit owners about their account(s) with the Association, violations of the Associations governing documents or other information about their unit(s) and the Association generally.

Unit Owners may be sent meeting notices, ballots, proxy forms and other materials related to Association business.

3. Who Has Access to Information Collected on This Website?

The Association, its Board of Directors, and future Boards of Directors, individual Directors and the Association’s managing agent all have access to information collected on this website. In addition, the information on this website may be shared with Association vendors, such as its accountant(s), attorney(s), insurance agent(s), web hosting company(ies), etc., in order to facilitate the Association’s operations, but not so that these vendors can market the products or services directly to you.

In the event the Association is served with a subpoena, court order or demand from a government entity or law enforcement, demanding the Association provide user information collected on this website, the Association may elect to provide the information.

Any disputes or claims brought in connection with this website shall be governed by the State Superior Courts of New Jersey or Federal Courts sitting in the District of New Jersey. Venue for claims brought in State Superior Court shall be in Bergen County, New Jersey. and for matters brought in Federal Court shall be in Newark, New Jersey.
