New Security Company
Hello Residents!
It’s no secret that for a while we have been unhappy with the security services provided by our current vendor. The good news is that we have heard you and we are addressing!
Starting March 4th (pending finalization of the contract) the contract of our new security company, Adamas, will begin. You can read more about them on their website.
They are implementing some new technology and new processes that we hope will make them more visible, more accountable and provide a more consistent experience from one professional to the next.
Security Tech Example
Guards patrolling the grounds will have a mobile app on their phone. When they reach one of the buildings on their route, they simply tap their phone to a new RFID reader that will be installed, which provides an account of the guards time and location. If any situation warrants photo/video evidence they use their phone to capture the situation and document it within the app.

Another benefit of Adamas is that even with all the upgrades we are receiving, our management team has negotiated them down to cost less than our current vendor! A win-win.
All current security personnel will be given the opportunity to transfer to the new company, however, they must pass Adamas’ training regiment and be “approved” by them as having the capability to do the work up to their standards. Of course, personnel for our community will still be something our board can drive.
Once we have Adamas fully onboarded and have a list of all the security personnel assigned to our community, we will publish a page that has their headshots so we all have a sense of who is “one of us”.
