Our New Website

Hello Independence Harbor Residents!

In an effort to provide you with the best possible service, we are excited to announce the launch of the associations new website (which contains this new blog). The main reasons we developed this website…

  1. Increase our ‘digital curb appeal’

  2. Ensure more communication and greater transparency around what is happening in the community from the board

  3. Provide residents with a password-protected area to access the information and services they need to make their stay at the community more convenient.

We hope that you find it useful and would encourage you to provide your feedback so that we can continually improve it with new content and services. Or if we have made a mistake, please call it out! Think of this website as “always in beta”. To capture your feedback, there is a dedicated form located at the bottom of our Residents Guide section (password: iharbor19).

The good news is that the website is just one way you can access the new content we publish regularly. We will also be publishing through the existing residents-only Facebook Group and a new email list that you can subscribe to. To sign up for our new email list, please fill out the form at the top of our IH Residents Life Blog page.

Please note: The new website and all the content published will be managed by the board of directors and we will work collaboratively with property management to ensure that all information is as accurate as possible. This website DOES NOT replace the First Service Residential website - it will simply surface content that doesn’t exist on their web property and will provide cross-linkages to make their services more accessible.
